Checksmart - Rudeness
I asked them to not call me before 2p as I am a night shifter. The rep I spoke with April connected me to a manager who accused me of yelling at April.
I had not yelled. I got to the store to pay on my account and the manager Christine was very rude to me and attempted to belittle me in front of everyone stating her employees had complained I was rude every time I came in. I want the cameras checked for each day I was in for verification. I recorded our conversation the last day I was in because I knew Christine was going to be rude and pull something because of her rudeness on the phone.
She threatened to ban me from checksmart of which I told her I donโt care because it is not worth her lies nor Aprilโs lies. If youโd like to call me feel free.

I woke up to the exact same rudeness from the same lady, Christine. I wake up to them leaving a message and I call back, April was nice, but Christine was immediately nasty to me.
Basically treating me like Iโm *** The worst customer service I have ever had in my life, and Iโm always nice to everyone but she sure did *** me off. She needs to get fired ASAP and I will never be returning.
