I was just spoken to very rudely- angrily, and hung up on by a customer service representive while calling to resolve a loan payment. I was threatened and called a liar.
Horrible experience. Horrible way to be treated. Why was I asked to call if nothing would or could be resolved. Now I have been threatened to be in worse shape than I was before the call.
And I couldnt even explain the situation because the customer service woman kept interrupting me and threatening me.
It was by far the worst I have ever been spoken to by any customer service employee. It was a completely unprofessional way to speak to a customer.
